Ryan Nader

Ryan Nader has dedicated his career to understanding the human body and the transformative power of movement. A 2020 graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Ryan specialized in exercise science, athletic rehabilitation, and geriatric rehabilitation. His academic foundation, combined with professional roles as a Fitness Manager, Personal Trainer, and Chiropractic Rehabilitation Therapist, has provided him with a unique perspective that bridges fitness and healthcare. Over the years, Ryan identified a recurring challenge in the industry: the lack of personalized knowledge and instruction. Too often, individuals base their workouts on generalized content from social media, which may yield short-term results but fails to address long-term health, injury prevention, or sustainable fitness. Recognizing this gap, Ryan founded TermiNader Fitness with a mission to educate clients about their bodies, build a strong mind–body connection, create lifelong fitness habits, and make movement matter.
